The board of Fortis Healthcare will declare the audited financial results for the quarter and year-ended March 31, 2018, on Monday. It was originally scheduled for June 11, but was forced to defer it as the company required more time to consider the aspects of the report comprehensively in the financial accounts. Fortis Healthcare, which is facing bids from various players, last week withdrew from the amalgamation scheme of its units - Fortis Malar Hospitals and SRL.
