Fortis Healthcare on Wednesday said the board meeting scheduled to consider its financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018, has been deferred to June 11.
The company said it is currently deliberating on the conclusions of an internal investigation on the alleged financial irregularities in the company.
The board meet was originally scheduled for Wednesday (May 30) to consider the results. Shares of Fortis gained 1.15 per cent higher at ₹145.60 on the NSE.
