The boards of three companies -- Ambuja Cements, Mahindra CIE Automotive and Huhtamaki PPL -- will meet on Tuesday to consider for approval the audited annual financial results of the companies for the financial year and quarter ended December 31, 2017. The boards could also consider announcing dividends, if any. Shares of the three companies will react to the results as all the three have declared decent set of numbers during the first three quarters of this fiscal year.
