The company will demerge the infrastructure road BOT assets business into Gayatri Domicile Private Ltd. One fully paid-up equity share of Gayatri Domicile Private Ltd will be allotted for every one fully paid-up equity share held in Gayatri Projects. Investors need to buy the shares by Monday to receive the resultant company’s shares.
