The legal, banking and finance committee of the board of directors GNA Axles has approved availing fresh term loan amounting to ₹60 crore from Central Bank of India for purchase of machinery. In September, the board had approved a proposal to enhance the working capital facilities to ₹120 crore from ₹100 crore from Punjab National Bank. Shareholders and investors will closely monitor the fund-raising and execution by GNA Axles.
