Gujarat Fluorochemicals has given corporate guarantee to Axis Trustee Services Ltd (in its capacity as debenture trustee) for issue of 3,000 non-convertible debentures aggregating ₹300 crore by IWISL, a step-down subsidiary of the company. Shares of Gujarat Fluorochemicals jumped 7.5 per cent at ₹737.90 on the NSE.
