Gujarat Pipavav Port has informed the exchanges that the company’s port operations at Pipavav, Gujarat, have been suspended due to the prevailing cyclonic weather conditions and Tuesday night’s breakdown of power supply and communications. These conditions have forced the company to declare ‘Force Majeure’ at the port to its customers and other stakeholders. Shares of Gujarat Pipavav closed flat at ₹221.75 on the NSE.
