Heritage Foods has incorporated a joint venture company namely Heritage Novandie Foods on November 28, it informed the exchanges on Thursday. Through the 50:50 joint venture with Novandie SNC, France, Heritage Foods expects both greenfield and brownfield expansion and advantage over competitors in introduction of new products. The advancement in terms of technology would also improve the product quality. The stock slipped 0.24 per cent at ₹784.8 on the NSE.
