The board of directors of Indiabulls Securities Ltd on Wednesday decided to seek approval of the shareholders through postal ballot for a proposal to change the company's name to Indiabulls Ventures Ltd. The results of the postal ballot would be declared on March 4. Shares of Indiabulls Securities edged up 1.45 per cent at ₹31.55 on the NSE.
