The Rights Issue Committee of Indian Hotels Company will meet on July 9 to fix the record date, issue schedule and the letter of offer in relation to the issue of the compulsorily convertible debentures by way of rights issue. The company plans to raise ₹1,000 crore through the issue. On Friday, shares of Indian Hotels tumbled 2.1 per cent at ₹107.05, on the BSE.
