The voluntary delisting offer of Infinite Computer Solutions (India) will open on Thursday and close on October 17. MC Data Systems Pvt Ltd and Inswell IT Applications Pvt Ltd have offered to acquire 83.45 lakh shares, representing 25.02 per cent of its equity capital. The floor price has been fixed at ₹258.51 a share. The offer has been made by the acquirers to gain full ownership of the company for enhanced operational flexibility to support its business and save compliance costs.
