Shares of Infosys will remain in focus on Monday, as the information technology firm had fixed September 5, 2018, as record date for the purpose of allotment of bonus shares. The stock will turn ex-date for bonus issue (1:1) on September 4 (Tuesday). That means, investors wishing to receive bonus shares should own the company’s shares by Monday. This is the eighth bonus issue from Infosys since its listing. The firm rewarded its shareholders with its maiden bonus issue (1:1) in 1994.
