The board of directors of Insecticides (India) has decided to raise funds through various modes including qualified institutional placement/ issue of GDR/ADR /preferential allotment/ private equity or any other mode for corporate purposes. It, however, did not specify the amount of funds it plans to raise through the issue. Shares of Insecticides tumbled 2.4 per cent at ₹871.15 on the NSE.
