IRB InvIT Fund, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) sponsored by IRB Infrastructure Developers, has declared the second distribution of cash flow for the current financial year.
The cash flow amounting to ₹174 crore will be distributed to unit-holders at ₹3 a unit, out of which ₹2.20 will be paid as interest and ₹0.80 as return of capital, subject to applicable taxes, the trust has informed the exchanges.
The total distribution made by IRB InvIT Fund for the half year ended September 30, 2017, is ₹ 4.55 a unit (which includes the first distribution of ₹1.55 per unit made earlier).
The fund has fixed November 8 as record date for the purpose of payment of second distribution.
