IVRCL Ltd was trading up 1.22 per cent at Rs 72 on the BSE on Monday.
The Hyderabad-based company is in the news following efforts of the Essel Group, promoted by Mr Subhash Chandra, acquiring about 12.27 per cent stake in the company and expressing intent to hike it further.
The IVRCL shares gained when the Sensex was down 270 points at 17,215 during the course of the day’s trade.
