November 21 will be the record date for the scheme of arrangement at Jindal Stainless, the steel maker informed the BSE in a communiqué. According to the terms of the scheme, Jindal Stainless (Hisar) (JSHL) will issue to the shareholders of Jindal Stainless, whose names will be in the Register of Members of the latter on the record date, one share of face value ₹2 each of Jindal Stainless (Hisar) for every one share held in Jindal Stainless.
