The Board of JJ Exporters will meet on May 30 to consider the audited financial results of the company and consolidated results of the company under Ind AS for the year ended March 31, 2018. The board will also discuss winding up of the company and approve notice of postal ballot for winding up of the company. Shares of JJ Exporters slumped 4.9 per cent at ₹4.07 on the BSE.
