JP Associates vaulted nearly 5 per cent to emerge the top gainer on the NSE at the close on Thursday. At 3.45 p.m. JP Associates was trading at Rs 41.25 as against its earlier close of Rs 39.30.
Dr Reddy’s made further gains by the close to quote at Rs 2,715.90, up 1.78 per cent on its previous close of Rs 2,668.35.
Tata Power was trading at Rs 78.35, up 1.23 per cent on its earlier close of Rs 77.40.
Bajaj Auto rode up to hold gains of 1.18 per cent at Rs 1,842.40 as against its previous close of Rs 1,820.90.
DLF shed most of its morning gains by close to trade at Rs 143.65, up 0.35 per cent on its overnight close of Rs 143.15.
