JTEKT India has informed the exchanges that Kiyozumi Kamiki, on May 8, tendered his resignation from the post of Managing Director and Director of the company effective from the close of business hours of June 30.
The resignation would be placed before the Board in its forthcoming meeting scheduled to be held on May 18, it said. Shares of the auto parts & equipment company slipped 1.13 per cent at ₹109.55 on the BSE.
