Kridhan Infra has informed the BSE that one of the warrant holders, Anil Agrawal - promoter of the company, has exercised his right of conversion into equity shares. Following this proposal, the board of directors on Friday allotted 30 lakh equity shares of ₹2 each fully paid-up on account of conversion of six lakh warrants of ₹10 each. Post sub-division of the face value of equity shares from ₹10 to ₹2, six lakh warrants of ₹10 each have become 30 lakh warrants of ₹2 each. Shares of Kridhan Infra closed at ₹83.55, up 0.12 per cent on the BSE.
