The board of directors of Kwality will meet on June 20 to consider a proposal for bonus and buyback. Investors will keep a close watch on the buyback proposals, especially on the price, quantum and mode of offer. They will also be keen to know whether promoters will participate in the buyback. With regard to bonus, the ratio and record date would evoke keen interest from shareholders. In 2010, the company had declared five bonus shares for every seven shares held.
