PowerGrid Corporation of India has entered into a loan agreement for €200 million (about ₹1,600 crore) with KfW, Germany, on Friday. The funds would be utilised for financing of transmission projects for integration of clean energy and system strengthening. The PSU major had reported a profit of ₹2,309.49 crore for the quarter ended September 2018 and revenues of ₹8,283.03 crore; net profit for fiscal 2018 stood at ₹8,238.96 crore and revenue at ₹29,752.46 crore.
