The board of directors of Majesco on Monday approved the closure of the qualified institutional placement, which opened on January 23. The board also approved the issue price as ₹520 a share, which is at a discount of 2.26 per cent to the floor price of ₹532 a share. The stock of Majesco gained about 1 per cent at ₹571.05 on the NSE.
