Allahabad Bank's board of directors will, on February 18, consider issue of equity shares to the Union Government on preferential allotment basis.

Hexaware Technologies Ltd has fixed February 25 as the record date for the bonus issue.

Indian Overseas Bank's board of directors will, on February 19, consider preferential allotment of equity shares to the Union Government.

Karnataka Bank Ltd has fixed February 28 as the record date for the rights issue.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd's Qualified Institutions Placement Committee of the Board of Directors on February 15 decided to open the issue on February 15 in respect of issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Qualified Institutional Buyers with a floor price of Rs 672.75 a share and the relevant date is February 15.

UCO Bank's board of directors will consider on February 19 the decision by the Union Government to infuse Rs 940 crore in the Tier-I capital of the bank by way of preferential allotment of equity in its favour.
