Adani Petronet (Dahej) Port Private Ltd , which operates Dahej Port in South Gujarat, has commissioned the second jetty at the port. The company is a joint venture between Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Limited and Petronet LNG Ltd and the commissioning marked the completion of the second phase of expansion at Dahej Port which has an annual cargo handling capacity of 20 million tonnes.

GVK Shivpuri Dewas Expressway Private Ltd , a step down subsidiary of GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd, has signed a concession agreement on Thursday with National Highways Authority of India for four-laning of Shivpuri Dewas section of NH-3 for a length of 332.46 km in Madhya Pradesh to be executed as BOT (Toll) project on DBFOT pattern under National Highways Development Programme phase IV. The concession period is 30 years including construction period of 30 months.

NMDC Ltd has incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle company — NMDC Power Ltd — on December 12, 2011 for the purpose of setting up a power plant for captive power supply to the three-million tonnes a year integrated steel plant being constructed at Nagarnar.
