Binani Industries Ltd has said that Glass Fibre Holding I SarI (SPV), a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Luxembourg, has acquired Project Bird Holdings group of companies in Luxembourg, which owns operating facilities in Norway and Belgium under the name of 38 for the manufacture of FibreGlass, at a total cost of €275 million .
Indoco Remedies Ltd has entered into a strategic business alliance with DSM Pharmaceutical Products (DPP) NV, a constituent of the Royal DSM NV, Austria.
