Four companies will consider fund-raising plans on Saturday and Monday. While the boards of Bharat Wire Ropes and Prism Cement will meet on Saturday, those of Max Financial Services and Neuland Laboratories will meet on Monday.
Shareholders of the companies will monitor the issue size and mode (equity, debt or both) of fund-raising. Besides, the purpose of fund-raising and the timing of the issue, if it gets board approval, would also be keenly watched.
