MindTree has informed the BSE that the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 16, has declared an interim dividend of 30 per cent (₹3 per equity share of face value ₹10 each). The interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or before January 31, 2019. Shares of the company closed at ₹841.85, down 1.53 per cent, on the BSE on Wednesday.
