Nandan Denim has informed the stock exchanges that Vedprakash Devkinandan Chiripa, belonging to the Promoter & Promoter Group entities, has acquired 50,000 shares of the company through the NSE via an open market transaction on June 15.
The disclosure is as mandated under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011, the communique added.
Shares of Nandan Denim closed at ₹93.25 a share, up 7.43 per cent or ₹6.45, from its previous close, on the BSE.
