The board of directors of nine companies will meet on Friday to consider fund-raising plans. Bank of Maharashtra will consider a proposal to raise capital via issuance of equity shares through FPO/rights/QIP/preference shares or bonds.
Others include Capital First, Crest Ventures, GE Shipping, Godrej Properties, GPT Infraprojects, Indiabulls Ventures, PVR and Wockhardt. Besides, most of the companies will also declare their results for Q4 and FY18.
