Nitesh Urban Development Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Nitesh Estates Ltd, has signed a joint development agreement for the development of 700,000 sq. ft. of residential apartments on Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bangalore, adjacent to the IT hub.
According to the company, the business will yield Rs 300-crore revenue over the next 2 to 3 years and add significant income on a consolidated basis to the company.
