Nitesh Estates on Wednesday said that its subsidiary is in discussion with certain investors for raising capital of over ₹350 crore. The company is expected to conclude the fund raising by November end. "At this stage, there is no definitive agreement with any party. As and when the same is finalised we will inform the exchanges appropriately," it said. Investors will closely monitor the development, particularly the quantum and the mode of fund raising.
