Shares of NLC India will remain in focus, as the Centre will sell up to 4.585 crore shares (3 per cent of the paid-up capital) on Wednesday (for non-retail investors) and on Thursday (for retail investors and for non-retail investors who wish to carry forward their unallotted bids).
The offer-for-sale has also an option to sell an additional 3.057 crore shares (or 2 per cent) in the event of oversubscription. The floor price for the offer has been fixed at ₹94.
