Ronson Traders, one of the promoter entities of Palash Securities has purchased 12,606 shares, or 0.12 per cent of the paid-up capital, from the open market on March 14. Following the purchase, its shareholding in the company increased to 3.58 per cent from 3.46 per cent. The stock of Palash Securities tumbled 3.2 per cent at ₹37.75 on the BSE.
