The board directors of Pantaloons Fashion & Retail on Wednesday approved issuance of non-convertible debentures of up to ₹1,000 crore on private placement basis, in one or more tranches. The proposal is subject to the approval of shareholders. Shares of Pantaloons Fashion closed at ₹119, up 0.85 per cent on the BSE.
