Infrastructure lending company IDFC has appointed Pavan Pal Kaushal as Chief Risk Officer effective July 1. Prior to this, Kaushal led the Financial Services Risk Practice in Ernst & Young, covering risk portfolios — credit, operational, market, corporate and treasury, and quantitative advisory services. With over 30 years of experience, Kaushal has worked with ANZ in India and the Asia Pacific region, besides Citibank. A Chartered Accountant, he also holds a Masters in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
