Pradeep Jain, Chief Financial Officer of Pidilite Industries , has resigned with effect from March 24, the company said in an exchange filing. However, the company has not provided any other details in this regard. Shares of Pidilite Industries ended up 1 per cent at ₹689.20 on the NSE.
