Prakash Constrowell has informed the exchanges that acquisition of Damani Multitrade Private Ltd could not happen as declared on June 29, 2017, as the terms and conditions were not met within the set timeframe. Shares of Prakash Constrowell, after hitting a 52-week high of ₹10.65 in intra-day deals, slumped 4.88 per cent at ₹9.75 on the NSE.
