Pro Fin Capital Services has informed the exchanges that its subsidiary - Tera Natural Resources and Pellets Private Limited (TERA) - has obtained approvals from the Office of the Director General of Mines for bauxite mining in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The total reserves in the mines are estimated to be 25 million tonnes. TERA is expected to commence commercial operations in the first week of July. Commercial contracts for selling the bauxite are in place, the company said in a statement. Shares of Pro Fin Capital edged up 0.53 per cent at ₹190.50 on the BSE.
