PTC India Financial Services said on Wednesday that it has raised ₹213.5 crore through a private placement of non-convertible debentures. “The issue has been fully subscribed by the International Finance Corporation. The debentures are redeemable over a period of 10 years,” the company said in a statement. The debentures will augment the long-term resources of the company and help lower the cost of funds of PTC India Financial Services, it added.
