Jubilant Life Sciences on Tuesday informed the exchanges that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has increased his stake in the company to 5.2 per cent.
His wife bought an additional 0.4 per cent stake on June 15. He and his family earlier were holding a 4.8 per cent stake in the company.
The stock is currently trading 1.07 per cent lower at Rs 666.75 in the afternoon trade.
