Raymond has informed the exchanges that it has infused ₹61.68 crore in Raymond Luxury Cottons (RLCL) by subscribing to the new issue of equity shares (6.168 lakh new equity shares of ₹10 each). Following issue of shares by RLCL to Raymond, the latter’s investment in the equity share capital of RLCL now stands at ₹127.68 crore. This constitutes 75.69 per cent of its equity capital. Shares of Raymond gained 0.94 per cent at ₹415.60 on the NSE.
