GIC Housing Finance will remain in focus as Reliance Mutual Fund has bought the NBFC company shares under its two schemes - Reliance Mid & Small Cap Fund and Reliance Tax Saver (ELSS). It bought 2.8 lakh shares and 5 lakh shares respectively. According to bulk deals data on the exchanges, these shares were bought at ₹199 a share. Reliance MF already owns 16.41 lakh shares (3.05 per cent stake) in GIC Housing Finance.
