The board of directors of Rolta India has decided not to extend the joint venture arrangement between the company and Meprolight (1990). The agreement stands lapsed as the condition precedent to the share subscription and shareholders agreement has not been fulfilled within the stipulated timeline. Shares of Rolta India slipped 1.11 per cent at ₹98.3 on the NSE.
