The board of Reliance Home Finance, which meets on Tuesday to declare Q4 and full-year 2018 results, will also consider fund-raising proposals which include debt/equity securities by way of qualified institutional placement and privately-placed debentures.
The board of Sadbhav Engineering too, will consider issuing secured/unsecured non-convertible debentures and/or other debt securities on private placement basis in one or more tranches.
