Shares of Agro Dutch Industries may come under pressure as the company informed the exchanges that it may take 90 days for it to publish audited results. According to the company, banks have taken over possession of the assets of the company under SARFAESI. So, the auditors are of the view that the assets need to valued on impairment basis taking into consideration the current scenario. Therefore, the audit of the accounts is getting delayed, it said.
