Schaeffler India Ltd (formerly FAG Bearings India) has announced the successful completion of the merger of INA Bearings India Private Ltd and LuK India Private Ltd with Schaeffler India from October 22. The combined entity is one of the leading Indian automotive and industrial suppliers with over ₹4,100 crore in revenues and around 3,000 employees. Shares of Schaeffler closed flat at ₹4,800 on the BSE.
