Security and Intelligence Services India has signed definitive agreements to acquire initially 80 per cent shareholding in Rare Hospitality and Services Private Limited. The acquisition would help the company increase its market share in facilities management services, and also increase its presence in the western region, it said in a statement to the exchanges. The valuation of the shares has been arrived at based on an Enterprise Value of ₹63 crore. The deal is likely to be closed by November 15, 2018. Shares of SIS gained 0.60 per cent at ₹923.95 on the BSE.
