Promoters of SH Kelkar and Company Ltd, fragrance and flavours company, have increased their stake in the company by 0.93 percentage point to 57.6 per cent. They have purchased about 13.49 lakh shares at ₹300 a share, which makes the deal size ₹40.46 crore.The acquisition was part of private equity Blackstone Group’s 4-per cent divestment in the company. Post sale, Blackstone holds 17.6 per cent stake in SH Kelkar and Company .
