The rights issue of Shalimar Paints and Hindustan Construction Company will open on Monday and close on December 17. Shalimar Paints will issue 3.37 crore shares at ₹64.50 a share to eligible shareholders in the ratio of three shares for every two held as on the record date of November 9. HCC will issue 49.76 crore shares at ₹10 a share on rights basis in the ratio of 49 shares for every 100 held by eligible shareholders as on the record date of November 22.
